Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Refund Discretion

1.1 All refund requests are subject to the sole discretion of DigitalCraft Sp. z o.o. We are under no obligation to provide refunds for licensed digital assets, particularly if it is determined that the asset has been downloaded by the user.

1.2 You acknowledge and agree to comply with the applicable Refund & Exchange Policy of DigitalCraft Sp. z o.o. OÜ, which may be amended at our sole discretion.

  1. Refund Process and Obligations

2.1 In the exceptional event that DigitalCraft Sp. z o.o. issues a refund (without any obligation to do so), you agree to the following obligations:

  • Remove and delete all relevant product files from any distributed locations and devices, including any synced accounts associated with your account.
  • Immediately cease any use or exploitation of the refunded product files (assets) upon receipt of the refund.

2.2 Upon issuance of a refund, all licenses for the refunded product files and their underlying content are revoked, and you are no longer authorized to use the product in any form or for any purpose.
