At DigitalCraft Store we value your trust and aim to deliver flawless service. Please read our cancellation and refund terms for licensed digital products. Continuing to use our services confirms your acceptance of these rules.

  1. Payment Security
  • We do not store card data on our servers; tokenisation is handled by a PCI DSS Level 1‑compliant payment provider.
  • All traffic between your browser and digitalcraftstore.com is protected by a 256‑bit SSL certificate.
  • If suspicious activity is detected, an order may be paused until extra verification is completed.
  1. Prices, Taxes & Invoices
  • All prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT. The rate is calculated automatically based on the buyer’s country of residence.
  • After checkout you will automatically receive by email:
    1. Order confirmation;
    2. Download link for the licensed file;
    3. PDF invoice.
  1. General Refund & Cancellation Conditions

Digital content (3‑D models, templates, plug‑ins) is delivered immediately after payment. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14‑day withdrawal right does not apply if you have:

  • given explicit consent for immediate delivery of the content; and
  • acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download starts.

We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests individually. A refund is guaranteed if:

  • the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement within 72 hours;
  • a product is paid for twice;
  • an unauthorised transaction occurred (after confirmation by the payment system).
  1. How to Request a Refund

Email info@digitalcraftstore.com including:

  1. Order number;
  2. Reason for the request;
  3. Screenshot of the error or other proof of the issue.

We reply within five business days.
If a refund is approved, the product licence is cancelled; you must delete all copies of the files and cease their use, confirming this in writing.

  1. Refund Method & Timeline

Funds are returned via the same payment method used at checkout.
They will appear in your account within 14calendar days of refund approval.

  1. Anti‑Fraud & Chargebacks

We apply both automated and manual transaction screening. If fraud is detected, the account may be blocked without refund.
Unauthorised chargebacks are considered a breach of the licence agreement and may result in revocation of licences for all purchased products.
