At DigitalCraft Store we value your trust and strive to deliver flawless service. This Policy explains our payment, cancellation and refund rules for licensed digital products in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Consumers’ Rights” No. 1112‑IQ dated 19 September 1995 (“Consumer Law”). Continuing to use our services confirms your acceptance of these rules.
- Payment Security
- No card data storage. We do not store your card details on our servers; tokenisation is handled by a PCI DSS Level 1‑certified payment provider.
- Encrypted traffic. All data exchanged between your browser and digitalcraft-store.com is protected by a 256‑bit SSL certificate.
- Fraud monitoring. If suspicious activity is detected, an order may be paused until additional verification is completed.
- Prices, Taxes & Invoices
- VAT included. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable Azerbaijani Value Added Tax (VAT) where required. The rate is calculated automatically based on the buyer’s billing address.
- Electronic invoice. Immediately after checkout you will automatically receive by e‑mail:
- Order confirmation;
- Download link for the licensed file(s);
- PDF invoice compliant with Azerbaijani tax regulations.
- General Refund & Cancellation Conditions
Digital content (e.g., 3‑D models, templates, plug‑ins) is delivered immediately after successful payment. Pursuant to Article 18.6 of the Consumer Law, the right of the consumer to unilaterally cancel a contract does not apply to the supply of digital content delivered in intangible form once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent.
By completing a purchase you:
- Explicitly request immediate delivery of the digital content; and
- Acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once the download starts.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we assess refund requests on a case‑by‑case basis. A refund is guaranteed if:
- the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement within 72 hours of your report;
- the same product is accidentally paid for twice under identical order credentials;
- an unauthorised transaction is confirmed by the payment system.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the above scenarios.
- How to Request a Refund
Please send an e‑mail to info@digitalcraft-store.com with:
- Order number;
- Reason for the request;
- Screenshot or other evidence of the issue.
We will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and investigate promptly. If a refund is approved, the associated product licence is cancelled; you must delete all copies of the files and cease their use, confirming this in writing.
- Refund Method & Timeline
- Method. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout.
- Timeline. Funds will appear in your account within 14 calendar days of refund approval, subject to the processing times of your bank or payment service.
- Anti‑Fraud & Chargebacks
- We employ automated and manual screening to detect fraudulent activity. Accounts linked to fraud may be blocked without refund.
- Initiating an unauthorised chargeback constitutes a breach of the licence agreement and may result in revocation of licences for all purchased products.
